Good
Clinical Coordinator (Former Employee), El Dorado Hills, CADecember 17, 2012
Pros: new problems to solve daily
Cons: work flow isnt steady on a dault basis
I start everyday by logging into my computer and going directly into the queue to work on claims to complete. My co-workers are all helpful and very knowledgable. The hardest part of the job is getting info from either the doctor's office or pharmacy when they are not responding. The most enjoyable part of my job is interactig with all of my co-workers – more... and having pot lucks and hearing about their stories daily. The management at this job was only held by a single person and she was always hands on and on top of all tasks. She was smart and involved in every activity and updated us on all new upcoming info and insurance plans. – less

Great Place to Work
Help Desk (Current Employee), Fort Lauderdale, FLNovember 7, 2012
Pros: great compensation with promising annual reviews, health insurance coverage, gas allowance and 401k match.
Cons: not many but typical help desk politics and stress, the difficulty level of the type of work and the system, self-invested managers, favortism of particular depts. and no time off during busy season.
This is a great place to work for with sound company values and politics. Benefits are better than most companies especially the company's timely annual reviews. An excellent first job for those straight out of college and a perfect retirement job. Great option for complacent employees and a somewhat ideal company for growth depending on the dept and – more... your coworkers. Of course as with any company, beware of certain managers who would throw an employee underneath a bus just to get promoted, and be wary when giving notices. Overall a recommended company. – less
