This position was great for a hands on learning. It is great for a paycheck. Depending on the supervisor there was room to advance and learn about the product, which I feel is so important.
The management changed a lot and difference of opinion and level of skilled management was evident.
Hardest part of the job, inconsistency in rules and goals. Also there was not a pay level that showed the employees they were doing a good job. Raises never happened, even when the employees worked there 20+ years. Most enjoyable part of the job, making the goals above expected.
Team players working together was also great asset.
