Growing Pittsburgh, PA based title agency is looking for experienced sales and marketing executives to help us grow our market share throughout Ohio and Indiana.
We are looking for someone who can bring over existing relationships and also cultivate new business opportunities by working with different lenders, realtors and investors in the local market place.
Our team is innovative and works in a highly automated workflow environment, allowing our employees to focus on exception management, customer service and sales and marketing. We are looking for an individual who has worked for organizations in the past to build their skills, but are now ready to take the leadership role in leading the team as we expand our efforts throughout the state.
Specific job responsibilities are:
- Attend local or regional mortgage bankers association meetings, as well as regional realtor meetings, as directed to help promote the EPIC brand in the marketplace
- Achieve predetermined sales goals for title and closing units in the region.
- Monthly meetings with local vendors in your geography to build relationships and train for specific regional client needs
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or marketing within the title insurance and escrow services industry is preferred. If you have experience in sales and business development with existing relationships within the mortgage lending, wholesale mortgage lending, originations or servicing, vendor management industries we will consider those candidates as well. Proven success with sales and marketing, account management, operational experience a plus. Our process is highly automated and we leverage technology, social media and other innovative methods to reach new clients, familiarity with these tools is preferred.
