Horrible company and very bad practices if you decide to leave

Pros: good health benefits and thats all
Cons: horrible politics that are not visible, no career growth, not responsive to ideas, work long hours(and the ceo calls it love of work), be the yay type always, no career after you leave the company
I have heard too many stories about employees being blackmailed once you leave the company and try to work for any of their clients. Just google it and you will see many out of court settlements, bad reviews,etc. I have told many of my friends about it too. Stay away if you can.If this is the only job you get, take it and suffer afterwards.

I enjoy my work at Ketering, however, advancement with degree has become stagnant
chare entry master (Current Employee), kettering health network –
Pros: no boss looking over my shoulder on a daily basis
Cons: slow to no advancement for current employees.
I work autonomously most generally in the Network. We have 6 hospitals and I have assisted with EPIC implementation in all the go-lives except one. I have helped the company recover lost revenue, lost charges and instruct and help staff with charging for medicaid and medicare compliance
