Center Manager, Family Support Specialist, Starke, FL - November 21, 2017
The services that this company provides play an important role in the communities they serve and it shows they are passionate about this from the CEO to the Substitute Teachers. Staff are well compensated for hard quality work through advancement opportunities, training, higher education compensation, time off, fair practices in helping staff maintain balance of work/family, and bonus opportunities. Constantly growing and seeking to better the services they provide. Focus on motivating staff with positive praise and constructive criticism. Problems are not treated so much as problems, but more so opportunities for change. Allow staff chances to prove themselves able to make positive changes by seeking to understand individual staff growth and that there is more than one way to get the job properly. Welcome diversity in their staff workforce. My experience being a man working for one of the company's programs providing services to children and their families ages birth to 5 was rewarding and refreshing through their approach to accepting a male working in early childhood education. This was the case both in my roles providing direct services and in leadership.
