Hello all. I recently interviewed at Epsilon in Irving, TX for their Sr. Developer role. After reading some of the comments on this forum, I have to say, I'm little worried. Could someone from the inside try to help me out by answering the questions below so I can decide if I should involve myself with this company or not.
How would you describe the culture at Epsilon: are the co-workers friendly, knowledge-sharing and collaborative or are they cut-throat, disrespectful and abusive?
Does the management care for their employees or you are just another hamster?
What would the salary be like for Sr. Interactive Developer role?
Any layoffs coming up in near future that you know of?
How innovative is the company: do they care to keep up to date with technology? do they spend dollars in tech or they give you nail & hammer to build high rise?
I read that there is no 9 - 5 schedule at Epsilon, so what are the typical hours worked per week?
What are advancement opportunities like here?
Thank you. Your comments are highly appreciated.

How does Epsilon stack up against the competition?
