This is a very corporate company that is strictly bases on sales performance no matter what your title was in the company. My co-workers were fun and loved the fitness industry as well as myself, they offered benefits and bonus and you always could move up the latter.

Very bureaucratic business oriented. When things are good its good. Things roll down hill as usual with the top leaving unscathed. The in house education can be improved with some new life. The old regime has not changed its course since its inception.

Equinox is a good stepping stone to more involved career possibilities in management, customer relations, sales, fitness, etc...The experience I gained from them in a short period of time there helped me to clarify and focus my goals in customer relations and service management.
