Each day comes with new and interesting challenges. What I learned is the importance of management and employee communications, work ethics, and great customer service as well as recognizing employee attitude and daily confidence in their job duties and performance. The hardest part of my job was keeping all equipment and resident amenities in great working condition. While the most enjoyable part of my job was the pride that our residents and employees took in working together to make our resort a fun, active and clean winter destination.
