Hostile work environment & this was the corporate office. Management execs are all male, most are gay. Females are treated like garbage. Yelling, ridiculing, criticizing are commonplace. Stress and work loads are unmanageable. Typical work week is at least 60 hours or you'll be accused of 'not managing your time effectively'.
Anyone who complains will be let go within a month. There is no protection against harrassment or bulling whatsoever and it is a major problem at Equity. I survived exactly one year in that pit by keeping my head low & mouth closed no matter how many abusive, sarcastic remarks my boss directed at me. When I left he said it wasn't company practice to give references.

OMG! I have 21 years in this industry, and if those illiterate speaking individuals above worked for me, I would have cut them loose as well! All you have done here is solidify why you no longer work for this company. I would be sincerely embarassed if I were you!
