There is no culture, honestly. Would be nice if people running the show had some education and class. Stop feeling threatened by more qualified agents then you and get over your pride.
HORRIBLE, unprofessional training and terrible leadership - promoting uneducated people with no people skills. Management covers for each other depending on who is their friend and who is not.
It is very uptight and suffocating. It's very true that people fear getting fired on a daily basis. Supervisors have favorites and only help out certain agents. Any attempt in voicing out concerns or issues go unnoticed.
Its a call center and we worked on the phone all day talking to customers to collect on past due accounts
