Not at all, the continuity of care changes to frequently to keep up. It is all off of trial and error at this point. That is to be expected with any business or a household for that matter. It doesn't make it any easier when employees become hard to work with because of complaining.

No, and they recently cut back on nurses and care assistants in the nursing home facility, although they deceptively doubled the amount of staff for the two weeks that the State came in this January 2017.
