Management is friendly in front of corporate and outsiders, generally treat the staff as if we are all lazy and attempting to "get over".

Overall, I have found Erickson a great place to work. I have worked for the company over 10 years. Like in work environment there are opportunities for improvement. I have chosen to be a part of the solution and help influence change in my work area. I love the resident interaction and go home with a since of accomplishment every day.

This is a horrible company to work for. The corporate office are dictators that run the directors at the communities. The community staff is over worked and underpaid. The corporate office does not care about anything except the financial impact/ bottom line.
