Everything about this company was great. The management, coworkers, benefits, and the salary. I really enjoyed working in the financial part of the medical billing industry.
Great work environment and atmosphere for first time job seekers to senior career activist.
Utility Captain (Former Employee), Baltimore, MD – December 11, 2012
Pros: offers scholarships, benefits, and safe work location
Cons: employment process can be somewhat lengthy at times.
The youth programs are amazing, with multiple opportunities for advancement. As an Erickson team member I've witness people come in as entry level positions such as Hostess and work their way up to hiring manger.
Server/Utility (Former Employee), Silver Spring, MD – November 15, 2012
Pros: free dinner
Cons: no breaks
Four hours a day job. Very lenient with students and allow set schedules. You bring the residents there food and drinks clean off the tables. You learn to be patient and great customers service. The hardest part of the job is when you have things to do and the residents want to have long conversations with you. The most enjoyable part of the job is – more... being with people your age to work with. – less
former employee (Former Employee), new jersey – August 3, 2012
Pros: good benifit package for now
Cons: managers don't listen, constantly taking away from employees
This company will "drain" you both physically and mentally. They are big on values but not when it comes to their employees. They do not "hear" suggestions or problems that are important to address. I was employed there for 6 months, it was the hardest 6 months ever. They are constantly trying to reduce costs and that equates to taking more and more – more... away from the employee. For example, cutting lunch from 1 hour to 1/2 hour. Doesn't seem like much you say, if you work here you will understand that that hour is heaven! – less
Manager (Former Employee), Springfield, VA – July 3, 2012
not great. the company was fine until they started finding reasons to let people go. without cause. i chose not to stay in a place with such little job security.
Waitress/ Cashier (Former Employee), Springfield, VA – July 1, 2012
