RF Engineer (Former Employee) – Mexico, MO – April 15, 2016
Overall I enjoyed the time working in Ericsson, they provide you with learning culture, and support from many coworkers. Most of the time working hours were fine except when you get more than 1 project to be working with.
Diverse workplace; high work expectations; great benefits; trusting management
HR Generalist (Former Employee) – Plano, TX – March 29, 2016
Overall, my previous company was a great place to work. I would consider a typical day as a constant rush having to accomplish many duties, deadlines, and meetings within a day. Management was very trusting and steered far from micromanaging; however my team was given high expectations and required to perform outstandingly regardless of a heavy work load, strict deadlines, and an understaffed team. Standards were set high, but this built me into a strong, compliant, and ethical HR Generalist who could take on practically anything.
Switch Technician III and Field Technician (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – March 25, 2016
The company does not pay you for your experience or knowledge. You will only advance if there is a business need. It is a good place to begin with to gain skills and move on to another company. I will give them 5 stars for the Health care benefits. You will be hard pressed to find a company with cheaper benefits.
Cell Technician (Former Employee) – Brunswick, GA – March 24, 2016
I enjoyed the every day challenges and working with the guys as a contractor in the field which have been a great advantage and learning experience converting from a COE environment to Cell Site Technician. Management was there when needed. Plenty of options for addition personal education as well as the normal mandatory web classes required by Customers.
Business Analyst Intern (Former Employee) – Plano, TX – March 24, 2016
With old fashioned management, the company is yet to catch pace with the new technology. The management is very conservative and is very volatile. New management comes in every 4/5 months to take up projects and this affects the working and does fails to bring stability.
