After making it through 2 phone interviews, I have an office interview scheduled for this Friday, January 14th and am looking to prepare. The position is a Sr. Consultant, Performance Improvement - Finance in Atlanta, GA. Specifically, I'd like to understand what the in-office interview day entails. And, if the experienced hire interview process is different from the others. Any help would be much appreciated?

I interviewed with E&Y 3 weeks ago and it was an entry level position in advisory. The office visit was 4 interviews conducted by managers and partners. I sent an thank you letter to the recruiter right after the office visit. He replied right away that the feed back was very positive and I should be expecting a more detailed response early last week. I waited till last Thursday and sent him the second email. He replied that the result would be out at the middle of this week. Today is Wed already and I haven't heard back from the HR yet. I don't know if I was rejected or not. I really like this position and I had a great time talking with the professionals at E&Y too. The initial reply from the HR sounds really positive, but I just started to feel anxious after such a long time of waiting. Anyone had a similar experience? Do you think I still have a chance? Thanks!

How does E&Y typically go about turning you down for a job? How long does it take? How long does it usually take to get an offer? Is a week or longer realistic? .. Also, has anyone worked in their TAS group? Got thoughts/opinions?

I interviewed at E&Y this past week. I had done a phone itnerview first, heard back that I was invited for an office interview 5 days after that.
How long will it take to find out if I got the job, or if I am rejected. If it has any bearing, I would be coming in as an "experienced" hire, so not campus recruiting.

I have got an offer from EY for the post of Advisory Manager, sitting in IT Strategy --> Performance Improvement.
It is £65k+£4.5k car allowance + bonus.

Many thanks

It's more to be a poser with E & Y than an actual qualified person. They hire on looks and not talent. Once you're in, you tell off color racist or sexist jobs and play golf a lot. It helps to have cronies to laugh at the company you're screwing while you're assisting the corp in cooking it's books to throroughly screw the taxpayers

I got an offer from EY in london recently and need to decide within 21 days. Just wonder what increment level of salary you will expect each year? Also is the job level categorized from Level A to E as KPMG? Anyone would give me a bit help?

I'm considering accepting an offer as a FMA at E&Y, but first I'd really like to hear from someone who's currently working in this capacity or has recently been in this position. (I need the real deal)
I'm no stranger to hard work, but is this role horrible? Are extremely long hours,(12+hr days)and weekends, the norm? Is there a high turnover rate? What about the department as a whole are they supportive to new hires or is it considered an inconvenience to have to show someone the ropes?
All respectful and professional feedback is welcome!!
Thank you in advance

What offices are not hiring, due to recent RIF's?
