The benefits aren't that great, and the environment will suck your soul out of your body. Don't do it. It's a glorified call center, and the work is incredibly boring. The pay is above average, but it's not enough to buy you a new soul.

I really enjoyed working with eScreen. It was a great place to work. The wages are competitive. The new office is open and inviting for collaboration. The people are fun to work with and the environment is inviting with Halloween cubical decorating contests and office holiday decorating for the Christmas holiday.

Must work in Kansas City. No more remote workforce

I loved everything about escreen. Was even able to bring my son to work. The have a play room for the kids. You are allowed tho work through your lunch breaks while having lunch. A+ Employer

A typical day at work would have included answering approximately 60-75 inbound calls a day. I would make about 20 outbound calls to various clinics and or clients . Keeping detailed notes in our database for future representatives to track progress of the result and or scheduling of medical services. The hardest part of my job is not having enough time in the day to take all the calls that came in to the call center. I enjoyed the people I worked with very much.

a work place with lots of perks

They micro manage too much. You can't go to the bathroom without receiving an email wondering what are you doing. Try is very minimal and coworkers aren't that willing to help assist. Have to be very focused and independent.
