Client Services Representative/Technical Support (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – July 11, 2017
Did not like the company or Management, as they never lived up to what they promised. eScreen Management is VERY Bias, and only promoted those who were not of Color, or only of one race. Management Lies to the top brass, and the HR department was a joke, as they only had 1 HR rep who was only out for herself.
Medical Services Coordinator (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – February 6, 2017
The benefits aren't that great, and the environment will suck your soul out of your body. Don't do it. It's a glorified call center, and the work is incredibly boring. The pay is above average, but it's not enough to buy you a new soul.
Business Support Analyst (Current Employee) – Kansas City, MO – December 4, 2016
I really enjoyed working with eScreen. It was a great place to work. The wages are competitive. The new office is open and inviting for collaboration. The people are fun to work with and the environment is inviting with Halloween cubical decorating contests and office holiday decorating for the Christmas holiday.
Fun office environment with free lunches on special occasions
Must work in Kansas City. No more remote workforce
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – May 22, 2014
A typical day at work would have included answering approximately 60-75 inbound calls a day. I would make about 20 outbound calls to various clinics and or clients . Keeping detailed notes in our database for future representatives to track progress of the result and or scheduling of medical services. The hardest part of my job is not having enough time in the day to take all the calls that came in to the call center. I enjoyed the people I worked with very much.

Client Service Representative (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – September 21, 2012
They micro manage too much. You can't go to the bathroom without receiving an email wondering what are you doing. Try is very minimal and coworkers aren't that willing to help assist. Have to be very focused and independent.
