About ESD

ESD provides embedded software, systems, hardware, mechanical and computer engineering services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community. Our experience spans the hardware/software boundary with technical capabilities that support high performance computing, real-time, distributed signal processing, software defined radio, range – more... extension and sensor functionality and special purpose algorithms.

Our employee profile includes 100% TS/SCI cleared engineers with degrees in electrical engineering (35%), computer engineering (35%), computer scientist (22%), and math/physicists (8%).

National intelligence agencies have been the focus of ESD marketing efforts with increasing attention being placed on the Army, Navy, and Air force opportunities as well.

Our customers operate extremely sophisticated signal collection, analysis, and processing systems. As such, they require professional engineers to build operational systems to process signals of interest that are critical to national security. To this end, we recognize the value of strategic partnerships and understand the importance of forming teaming relationships that provide us the opportunity to directly contract with our customers as well as subcontract to larger Defense contractors.

We are one of the very few preferred small businesses that have continuing strategic partnerships with large defense industry companies such as Lockheed Martin (LMCO), General Dynamics (GD), and Booz/Allen/Hamilton (BAH). Most importantly, we are recognized for our high quality services that not only meet, but also many times exceed our customers' requirements. – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
