Subject Matter Expert (Former Employee) –  Chester Springs, PASeptember 1, 2015
As a Subject Matter Expert I've learned or at least better understood how to increase my understanding of a complicated topic in order to effectively impart that knowledge onto younger children in the approximate age range of 9-15.
Pros
Enjoyable work environment
Cons
Had to bring own lunch and long commute for me

Swimming Instructor (Former Employee) –  Haverford, PAJanuary 15, 2015
In the years that I worked for ESF, they enacted a practice called "strategic hiring" which ultimately meant hiring less people and taking on more campers. The pay was abysmal and having two young adults in charge of 24 children can pose a safety risk.
