Not a very good company to work for. The turnover rate is high because no one is happy to work for ESI
Contractor (Current Employee), Arlington, VAJuly 29, 2014
Pros: free courses
Cons: pay is low and compensation is not really the best.
Save your trouble and don't even bother applying to work for ESI. Lay offs happen all the time and the turnover rate is high. The management team is so conservative and old school. The company is not innovative at all.

Management doesn't listen, great place if you like High School
Training Center Coordinator (Current Employee), Arlington, VAApril 3, 2014
Pros: work/life balance
Cons: management, compensation, bonus structure
Nothing about this company makes me want to rave about it to friends. Very cliquey, management does not listen to it's employees, and any suggestion to improve a process is always shot down. The only good thing about ESI is you're not going to get home with a burden of work on your shoulders; you work at work and that's it. There isn't an expectation – more... to go above and beyond outside of your 9-5 slot; good or bad. – less

Work place is fun
Systems Administrator (Current Employee), ArlingtonDecember 20, 2013
Systems administrative. I've learned more networking, and systems administrative duties. My co-workers are well rounded. The hardest part of my job is the redundancy of the day to day activities.

My entrance into the training world
Training Manager (Former Employee), Arlington, VASeptember 23, 2013
Pros: fostered client relationships
Cons: lack of growth opportunities
Maintained day to day logistics for more than 18 training classes per week. Supported all training classes in the central region of the United States while providing instructor support, and facility information. Accurately produced course material requests, while responding to client, student, and instructor inquiries. Scheduled make up session and – more... exams as needed, and produced course completion and Master’s Certificates upon request. Collaborated with other internal departments to meet clients needs while assisting other training manager as needed. – less

Relaxed environment
Graphic designer (Former Employee), Arlington, VAAugust 21, 2013
They provide a very relaxed environment for their production artists. The only bad part about being on the graphic design team is that the department is small and there is no room for advancement.
