I really enjoyed working here, The chefs are incredibly talented..at cooking. As business owners they need to learn to communicate what the want and expect from their staff. They do not know how to develop employees. They just hire and fire. And fire with no earlier discipline or warning. So don't get too comfortable here, but it's worth gaining the experience they provide. They know a lot about food and are always interested in new ideas that they then expose you to. But it doesn't matter how long you work for them, 1 year, 5 years or 10 years, you are still disposable.If you go in knowing this, it wont be so shocking if it happens.I don't think they intend to be cruel, they are just incredibly non-confrontational which can lead to a false sense of security.
