Great place to work - with supportive management willing to teach you as much as you want to learn
AP Processor - approver (Former Employee) – Nazareth, PA – September 22, 2015
Processing invoices to approve for payment, gathered information from P.O. log to prove charges on invoices to be correct. Follow-up phone calls tracking inventory according to po's daily e-mail correspondence. I learned more about using the program SAP for inventory and how to maneuver it better. Managers were eager and willing to teach new stuff and what they know with patience and training as well. Co-workers where great and supportive and friendly. The most hardest part was getting our suppliers information to be correct on annual price changes and be in sync with inventory and prices other than that they were willing to assist in anyway possible was made it easy to overcome. Overall I enjoyed working for the company very much unfortunately I relocated out of state and had to resign.
Allowed to work from home when needed, management recognizes a job well done. great pay and benefits

Been employed with the company almost 10 years now. Mainly stuck it out because of my family. They have the expectation that you are available anytime including vacations if you are a salary employee. There is little balance between work and home life. The company provides vacation time only, no sick, no PTO. Although the benefits are about the same as other companies it does not make up for the lack of other things that other companies seem to offer yet for us being such a large company we don't. People who do not do their job seem to be awarded while people who work hard are just taken advantage of. Not very fair. Company lost some very good people, especially recently. Didn't seem to phase anyone or that anyone cared why these employees quit.

Actively employed for a number of years. There is no work/life balance at all. Upper management takes care of themselves while the lowly worker gets nothing in return. It's definitely an "old boys club" where women are rarely promoted internally. There has been a lot of turn over of some really good employees who just couldn't deal with all the politics that goes on. Would not recommend anyone to work for this company unless you are looking to be miserable.
Supervisor (Current Employee) – Logansport, IN – February 14, 2015
Company has went downhill drastically in the past 5 years. Very poor upkeep on equipment. Corporate won't put money into the plant to optimize production. Makes it hard to hit production targets. Several quality employees have left Logansport Essroc due to the many poor management decisions made, with many more to come.
Some of the best people you will ever work with, good wages.
