Small Boutique Estate Planning Law Firm in southeastern Toledo area is seeking a production coordinator with specific emphasis on Medicaid and Funding processes. This position requires leader mentality that demonstrates competency at the highest level, acting independently under general direction. Primary production responsibilities include; leadership of the firm’s Medicaid qualification process that includes ensuring the entire time sensitive application process is carefully followed and managed. Additionally responsible for ensuring all funding of clients’ trusts is done timely and efficiently in accordance with the firm’s funding process. Candidate must have impeccable communication skills and an eye for detail. Must have the ability to prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
