Must be remarkable at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start and be a barracuda closer. Must have a “hunter” mentality and “in the trenches” sales experience, with a focus on creating long-term relationships.
Responsible for generating, cultivating and maintaining new business opportunities and relationships. Role Includes: Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads, creating and fostering relationships to attract and recruit qualified relationships, client and prospect relation management and tracking. A wide degree of creativity, near and long term recruiting vision and personal organization is required.
We have a structured and proven business development system in place to support the efforts of this position. As an ideal candidate, you will be comfortable with building business relationships through telephone solicitation, e-marketing tactics, association meetings and trade shows.
