I learned how to work in a team style group. I had many different tasks to work on while I was an intern at Estee Lauder, so there was never a "typical" day, per say. Management was tremendous. Everyone was very patient with me and helped me to learn and become a contributing member of the team. The hardest part of the job was becoming proficient in the SAP program. There was a learning curve, but I think it will help me down the road if I ever have to use it again. I think it was a great step forward in my professional career and the experience I received there will help me throughout my life.
