Working for Estee Lauder was Amazing! Working within Debenhams was not! They both look for different things. E.L are the best cosmetic company with great product but all the training goes out the window due to hard sell from Debenhams. Not Customer friendly and certainly not staff friendly! Not a nice environment to work in!
