We haven't had a pay raise in 5 years!!! Does that suck or what? Company keeps raking in the money but doesn't give a damm about their employees! Small town without a whole lot of options for empolyment and they know it! Cry Baby.....Your right!

we would like to report a problem here at tulsa terminal at 195 several employees here is unpleased with and matt and ray being supervisor's employees not getting 40 work hours per week which is a dammn shame full time employees should be guranteed 40 hours a week.. which putting hardship with our families losing our home cars not able to take care of our kids supplying them with what they need some of us is close to divorce because of this issue not being able to work our full time hours that has been taking from us here at terminal 195. Matt allow his relative brian come to work drunk all the time he never on time for work allow him to 10-15minutes smoke breaks while other workers dont get breaks at all we was told that we couldnt smoke on the dock but they still allow brian to smoke and do what he want we also feel that families should not be allowed to work on the same shift here at terminal 195 they do what they want its always favoritism her at terminal 195,matt and ray chooses who they want to give 40 works hours while other full time employees get kick in the ass and do other people work while the slackers take smoke breaks and matt and ray hides and probably taking a nap we need our 40hrs guranteed for full time employees this issue at terminal 195 need to be resolve asap we take pride in our job and would like to save our marriages and families or we force to take this to higher chain of command never work for terminal 195 not while ray and matt around you'll never get treated with respect never ray brings his personal issues to work we can't tell who the most at this dammn place equal oppurtunity is out the door here but matt and ray make sure they get there 40hour to pay there dammn bills and the hell with the rest of us jerks.
