Upon hire, it took 2 weeks to study for my insurance licenses and I passed all my insurance exams the first time. Then it was 6 weeks of esurance/Allstate company training. After training I was given my authority and I have achieved great success since. I currently work from home and I am consistently in the top 10% of all Insurance Agents in the company.
