Processing Specialist (Former Employee), Sioux Falls, SDJuly 14, 2015
Pros: bonuses, benefits, coworkers, environment
Cons: nothing
I started at the bottom with this employer when they were a new company. This company had great management and was constantly growing. I was able to move up through the company in just a few short years and they really understood how to treat their employees. The benefits were the best Ive ever had, raises and bonuses were great, the environment was fast paced and informative and there was always a cookout or prizes. This is a great place to work and I have sent many friends to this company for employment.

Liability Claims Representative (Current Employee), Rocklin, CAJuly 3, 2015
A typical work day can consist of answering several phone calls and emails. Taking recorded statements with both insureds and claimants, acquiring photos, police reports, estimates, etc. Fellow employees are always more than happy to assist with any questions you may have on particular liability scenarios or to take a call for you.

Perhaps the most difficult part of the position would be attempting to handle high work volume of claims along with calls and emails that come in on a constant basis.

I feel that this is a good company that has a lot of potential with the new lines of business they are adding. Depending on the office you work in, there are opportunities to get promoted within but sometimes it can take a long time for these to come open.

This is a wonderful company to work for, I have learned a lot about myself and what I can provide a company that will provide opportunities. The employees and leadership make the work environment a joy to be at on a daily bases. the most difficult part of the job is the limited growth opportunities.

Rate Pursuit Specialist (Former Employee), Ogden, UTApril 25, 2015
Pros: Recognition, incentives, personal interaction
Cons: Corporate doesn't let the Site take care of it's business
Interacted with policyholders on the phone; Iearned about the insurance industry; on-site management was very support and approachable; co-workers were incredible; hardest part of the job was taking abuse of customers; the most enjoyable part of my job was solving a problem for a customer and having them end the interaction happy with the experience.

Young company and a great place to work
Facilities Manager (Current Employee), Rocklin, CAMarch 26, 2015
Pros: Campus location, work life balance
Cons: Nothing to speak of
When I started working for the company, I started out managing 130 employees and 25K sqft. now I manage over 80K sqft. and over 600 employees. In the past 9 years I've seen the company grow very quickly. With that the Esurance Sr. managers has been very mindful of what the employees think of how they are doing and request feedback so that they can keep improving the work environment.
