Days at Etech can be very slow and draining, however, it is typical call center working environments. Making calls or taking chats during working hours. I learned many things at this job, including but not limited to, customer care, management duties, coaching team members, creating goals, encouraging team members and work, etc.
Management always worked with the employees to meet goals, set new goals, coached on strengths and weaknesses, provided support during chats/calls, and worked well with each employees on their schedules for individual circumstances or life goals. Everyone became everyones friends while working at Etech. It was a family and one that always had fun while working and achieving goals. Long hours can be the hardest part of working for a call center, as you are always on the phone or chat with customers during your shifts. My relationships with the employers and employees was the best part of the job because we always helped each other out with anything that each other needed. It was a good feeling to be apart of that kind of team.
