I arrange and prepare the agenda with Marketing to develope an education visit on our products and procedures. Management give me the direction and learning experience with a very rewarding position.
Very detailed and arrange logitics and admistration details for all flights ground and hotels as well.
I enjoy the challenges and working hard to achieve the goal of the surgeons and Sales Reps.

I work 12 hour shift on a very demanding job, But I enjoyed working there. Management could be a bit better, if they had more structure. I have learned a lot about people there. The job wasn't hard you just had to stay with it.

You get very little guidance and can hardly ever find your manager when issues/problems arise. They seem to disappear into a dark hole and can never be found. Even if you do find your manager they down talk you and treat you like you are not a human being. The plant is going down hill and just keeps expanding with outdated technology that has been used since it was first made and they refuse to update it. Getting materials needed to complete your job is a headache and no one seems to care. I do not recommend working here unless you want to be just a number.

Individuals who were trying to meet Qa and FDA compliance we disuaded from issuing deviation reports and in some cases individuals who persisted in securing a compliant ethical corrective action for process method deviations were fired for their efforts in striving for better regulatory compliance/ The TMV process was often poorly supported and it took twice as long as would be normal in today;s industry to complete routine projects due to poor directives from executive and sr. ethicon management

This is a great place to work if you like to learn new things. A very established place with great management that takes care of its employees.
There is plenty of advancement if you have skills and are willing to go to school and learn additional skills to advance in the plant.
I worked there for 24 years and always felt like they cared about me has a person and appreciated the work I did for them. This is very meaningful to employees who try to do good quality work for a company they appreciate.

En lo personal, excelente trabajo. Estaba ejerciendo lo que estudie. Trabajo constante pero llevadero a veces agitador y agotador. Aprendí el funcionamiento práctico y teórico en conjunto con la identificación de sus diagramas en los equipos pneumatico e hidráulico. Constante mantenimiento y ajuste de los equipos pneumatico e hidráulico, computarizado y combinado. Constante comunicación en cualquier dirección, mayormente hacia arriba. De todo lo que se realizaba con respecto a los equipos se documentaba y se firmaba con nombre y fecha. Hubo ocasiones prolongados que se trabajaban los siete días, no era lo usual pero era requerido. .

Excellent company to work for - amazing work environment, but a lot of changes, nobody owns the issue, a lot of contractors, hard to find info about who is responsible for what, IT support is horrible.
