The IT Administrator provides the department with technological and administrative support. The IT Administrator reports to the Director of IT Services.


Information and Technology

  • Manages multi-level User Support
  • Provides user training
  • Implements IT security recommendations
  • Monitors and maintains systems security measures
  • Ensures user compliance with IT security policies and procedures
  • Provides system service and maintenance
  • Maintains IT inventory
  • Responsible for IT license management
  • Processes IT department’s invoices and requests for payment
  • Other projects and duties as assigned



  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system (all versions)
  • Experience with IT security systems; knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Protection a plus
  • Knowledge of Citrix a strong plus
  • Effective hardware and software problem solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science
  • Minimum of two to four years’ experience in user training, user support, cyber threat mitigation and prevention
  • Proficiency in Windows applications, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS Office, Internet/Intranet and networking
