Looking for a qualified candidate to fill a pastry chef/baker postion.

Experience in managing a small team.
Experience in large volume baking and pastry.
Proven success in working in a team environment and leading a team with a variety of personalities and skills.
Proven work history related to the baking and pastry. Pulled suger experience a plus, but not necessary.
Willingness to teach others at various levels of experience.
High attention to detail in every aspect of a foodservice establishment.
Desire to continue professional and personal development.
Strong work ethic with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
The desire to continually be an ambassador of excellent customer service.
Strong experience with a fast-paced busy atmosphere while maintaining attention to details, cleanliness and food safety standards is a MUST!
Openness to learn from others and to teach others.
Experience working and understanding the 'main' kitchen and the ability to cook large volumes also is a plus.
Ability to multitask and take pride and ownership of the business.
Strong commitment to maintaining extremely high standards.
Outgoing, friendly, hard working and a positive attitude; ability to be personable and anticipate the needs of each guest building strong customer relationships to ensure repeat visits.
