It seems that the pay structure here is very top heavy(I guess as with most firms). They pay way below market standards. There really is not room for growth. If you reach all the goals required, they'll make it seem insignificant, to keep your salary low. On the good end you will get to work with some of the latest tech and the lines of communication are always open with your peers. There's some good people working at Euromoney for a bargain while the execs collect all the rewards and figure out ways to pay their talent less.
