I was part of Lone Star Distribution on the Sales Team before we were merged into Europa in February of 2016. The transition was hectic as we had not been prepared or trained to use Europa's systems and we were handed entirely new account bases with very little acquaintance during the transition.
My main concerns with Europa is that there are too many different departments and managers involved with every aspect of work which makes it harder to get things accomplished. It does not help either when most issues that are addressed to managers tends to get lost in the communication shuffle or dropped completely.
I started out liking Europa but there is a heavy cloud of negativity surrounding the culture and the chance of mobilizing upward can be stagnant.
