When private company, loved atmosphere and work culture where focus was on customers, personnel and product. Purchased by large travel company (First Choice) then even larger company (TUI) and major change in management and culture. Under TUI so focused on day to day sales, they lost sight of such values as customer satisfaction, co-worker teamwork and personnel fulfillment. Loved selling European destinations where company could compete due to large sales volumes but when added destinations of Asia, S. America, S. Pacific didn't have enough volume for competitive travel options.
