As a guest service associate you are expected to open and close the store, assist in all customer needs, answer phones, complete booking and management of the books, inventory, cleaning, daily confirmation calls, and sell packages. As it is great for your resume, working with several girls in the complete absence of management can become quite difficult. The turnover rate is VERY high resulting in a revolving door of associates and managerial staff.
