I answereed e-mails and phone calls for leads on events and gave tours of the property. I learned how to manage a crew of 10, how to organize weddings and corporate events. I learned how to create menus for the clients. I worked mostly alone except for events and my co-workers were very attentive to the needs of the client. the hardest part of the job was making sure all details were in place to be sure that the event ran smooothly. the event itself was the best part of the job.
