High turnover, poorly managed
Management (Current Employee), Ontario, Ca. –
Pros: occasional free coffee
Cons: short breaks, bullying tactics, no security
The turnover was so high if you went on vacation your likely to come back to a newly staffed office. The leadership of the campus is extremely unprofessional. They seem to have a buddy system, meaning even if your incompetent but friends with a director your recieveing promotions. Their focus is on money, they have not even tried to pursue things such – more...  as ABA and regional accredidation for their many paralegal programs, although they charge more then a UC. The most enjoyable part of my day was my students whom I cared about and did my best to help. The worst was dealing with inept management. To put it simply how do you have directors and senior administrators with no college degree in a degree granting school? – less

Worst and Shortest Training I have ever experienced
Customer Service (Former Employee), Santa Ana, Ca –
Pros: hiring
Cons: horrible training
Even if you have worked in a call center before, don't go to this company. They have one week of very fast training, which is so outdated it is terrible. The trainer was cocky and didn't give a darn about the people there, knowing there are other people that need jobs.

DANG – May 4, 2012

I second that, I recieved 3 days of training. Poorly managed, very unprofessional. I felt bad for those students.
