A growing and promising raw material importer is seeking a part-time experienced Office Assistant for our Arcadia, CA office.
We are an exclusive distributor of raw material to make styrofoam products and have been in business for over a decade. We are worldwide and have offices in Tokyo, Shanghai and now Los Angeles. - Responsible for day-to-day office operations
- Filing, Data Entry and Organization of Client or Product Data
- Communicate with logistics companies and advise clients of shipment arrival date
- General Clerical Accounting Duties (Organize receipts, send invoices)
- Must be FLUENT in Mandarin Chinese OR Japanese (both is a Plus)
- Great Organization Skills
- At least 2 years of clerical/office experience
- Able to work diligently and independently on assigned tasks
- Completion of tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Detail Oriented, Friendly and Outgoing
- Able to comfortably speak to clients or potential clients over the phone
- Must be Chinese or Japanese Bilingual
This is a part-time position. Pay is Hourly at $9 - $12 with benefits depending on experience.
