RICHMOND,VA & WASHINGTON D.C., June 1, 2012 - Evergreen Enterprises, Inc. ("Evergreen") has recently launched a rebuilt online resource center, developed jointly with Whereoware, LLC ("Whereoware"). The site, which completely replaces Evergreen's existing site at www.myevergreen.com, was designed to better service the needs of the company's business-to-business customers.
"We recognize that a seamless online experience is a vital part of doing business today," said John Toler, Evergreen's Chief Operating Officer. "To that end, we've tightly integrated the new site with our internal ERP system in order to give customers access to all the information and tools they need."
The new online resource center aims to facilitate the process of conducting business with Evergreen by providing a user-friendly interface as well as an advanced set of new and improved features. Customers will be able to browse thousands of items with powerful search and filter tools as well as group selected products into separate shipments.
Additional features will include the ability to create customized product portfolio pages and access all their account information-including order history, order status, scheduled ship dates, payment balances and claims-across multiple platforms from laptops to tablets.
Retailers will also be able to better meet the needs of consumers through Evergreen On Demand, a drop-ship service integrated into the new Evergreen Online Resource Center. Evergreen On Demand will allow retailers to order items from the Evergreen warehouse and have them shipped directly to their customer.
"We've seen again and again that thriving B2B companies all have one thing in common: an easily accessible, customer-focused online presence," says Joe Harris, Vice President of Whereoware. "We were excited to craft a site for Evergreen that was not only great looking, but will also serve as a business tool for their reps and retailers."
Now in their nineteenth year, Evergreen has been active in e-commerce since 2007. – less–ZoomInfo
