It was a job, didn't care for the team morale that was displayed there. Had various "cliques" that was a lot like working with high school kids.

DSA (Former Employee), Longview, TXSeptember 29, 2014
Pros: helping people who couldn't fully help theirself
Cons: no breaks
I helped the MH/MR patients who was not able to help their self. I cooked for them, cleaned and assisted them with their laundry. I learned that although they have special needs that they are also human. I'm no longer there due to the way the clients got mistreated by my fellow co-workers. The hardest part of my job was seeing them get mistreated and abused in their own home. I enjoyed the fact that i could help somebody who truly needed help. They were all so sweet and unique in their own way.

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee), Conway, ARJuly 1, 2014
Primary responsibilities include accurately assembling all products with a set production timeline. Making sure it’s a high level of quality on all parts and pieces followed by the spec sheets. I also loaded and unloaded items and making sure there was enough for the inventory and analyzing data to make sure the products was correct for shipping.

Pros: excellent management, coworkers and great caselaod.
Cons: not much benefits.
I loved my previous supervisor, was one of the best jobs that I had. I learn more orthopedics in this last job. I was responsible for the development of the therapy treatment, also referrals to other discipline, assist with discharge, screens and order adaptive equipment, make calls to companies to assure proper fitting and design of equipment provided to patients. Assist and train students that were observing treatments with patients, educate and orient them in HIPPA and other related health / therapy issues. Excellent relationship with coworkers we worked as a team to increase Independence of the Patient.
