This role will partner with sales to help EveryNetwork grow. We are looking for a talented, aggressive, high energy Inside Sales Rep (ISR) to help drive our growth. This individual must have strong phone and email skills with the desire and drive to succeed in a small but potentially rapidly growing environment. We value employees that are creative, energetic, proactive and intelligent in their thinking and actions.

The ISR will be expected to manage a pipeline and report on call activity. This individual will generate and / or qualify leads via phone and email, set appointments, and provide sales support to our Field Sales team.


  • Meet or exceed opportunity / appointment quota through phone and email-based prospecting.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack.
  • Qualify and arrange sales appointments
  • Maintain CRM data with ConnectWise, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.
  • Proactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
  • Must have previous experience selling technology services
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Creative tactics to reach the executive management
  • Team player with solid presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

B.S. Degree in related field or business equivalent preferred
