Never work here if looking for a professional office thank goodness
Dental Assistant (Current Employee) – McHenry, IL – February 18, 2017
Never work here if looking for a professional office. Management sucks, theres more drama then needs to be, gossip and rumors are started so much it has made doctors leave, the front desk people are rude. There's only maybe two or three assistants that won't likely cause drama. The doctors are good if they stick around long enough to tell.
Short breaks, no time for lunches, no bonuses, no respect from management and owner.

If you are a hard worker and compliant with the rules, this is a place for you. Yes, you start with low pay and no benefits. But your hard work is never overlooked. The company pays bonus, paid time off, and even a raise if they see you deserve it.

Terrible place to work 3 and a half hour working interview not paid for. One of the doctors likes to triple book patients and is always behind leaving patients wait for long periods. Very unorganized and assistants are unprofessional swearing around patients as well as calling out newbies mistakes in front of other assistants. Have assistants polishing knowing they're not certified.
paid lunch if you dont leave building
not so friendly coworkers, underpaid, heavy workload

Horrible management, no structure, long hours and you don't always get your scheduled lunch. Schedule is constantly over booked, while running short staffed. No manager in the office to turn to for questions or complaints. The general manager is 5 hours away, and is usually unreachable, no matter how many times you call. They do offer a monthly bonus, but the goal is always unreachable, and is constantly changing. No benefits, no sick days/personal days, no paid holiday's, no vacation, no uniform allowance or reimbursement, no lab coats provided. I don't recommend anyone, to ever work for this company.

Poor management. Terrible drama every day. Doctor purposely pushes people to quit that she no longer wants there so it "doesnt look bad on the company". The doctor herself talks so much drama and says very inappropriate things in front of patients. There are very few patients that come in because of poor advertising. The doctor even writes fake perscriptions to pateints that she thibks is faking the pain. This place is a joke and does so many illegal things. I would never recommend anyone to work or be seen there.

Hours are 9 to 6 with an hour lunch break but sometimes you work into your lunch. Your coworkers are okay if you have to leave early or com in late. Sometimes easy to find someone to cover your shift. Everyone is underpaid and there are no benefits or incentives at all. a monthly bonus is offered if you reach "goal" but it's always unreachable and if you do reach it you have to rag to management and beg for your bonus. Doctors are in and out of the office so you feel insecure about the job you have and if the doctor you work with will be there in 6 months. They have a god awful call center and no clear line of communication. Management is very poor and not qualified. They don't care about their employees or doctors. They never fix things that are broken and never return calls or answer questions. The schedule is always too full and over booked so you're always running behind. I wouldn't recommend it to anyway and I wouldn't recommend it to patients.
Coworks all get along. Good hours and optional over time
Underpaid, Understaffed, poor management, very stressful, over booked, broken and dirty
