Work schedule: Between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm M-F
Training: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F first 2-3 weeks

The Benefit Services Specialist is responsible to answer all consumer questions on offered benefits with accuracy and high quality customer service. They provide direction to consumers through telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction. The Benefit Services Specialist represents Evolution1 to the customer. They own the customer’s experience with them. All solutions, complaints, and successes are theirs. In order to ensure the customer’s continued confidence in us, it is the Benefit Services Specialist’s responsibility to find accurate answers within the established service agreement turnaround times. They represent the entire company when on the phone with the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Responsible for all assisting consumers by answering questions, solving problems, and educating. Receives incoming consumer calls, responds to customer email inquiries, and assists consumers that visit our facility.
*Is knowledgeable about the products that are offered and actively participates in departmental training and continued education. Provides informal or formal training for additional team members when needed.
*Displays advanced knowledge of IRS regulations governing all products.
*Actively assists other departments when additional help is needed
*All other duties as assigned.


*Telephone inquiry experience or ability to handle a constant flow of incoming calls.
*Customer service experience and benefit experience typically acquired in 6 months to two years.
*Computer proficiency required.
*Must have excellent customer service skills.
