Good company but doesn't pay

Ewing has a long history with a very family oriented view of how to run an organization; however, if you are not at least a Branch Manager, very little attention is given to you. All leadership training is focused on managers and those who work in branches are required to do training, but it is all online and done over a very antiquated system. Trying to advance at Ewing is very frustrating and difficult to do.
