Top & Middle heavy company
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Burlington, MANovember 7, 2017
This company had some good ideas in 90's and did good work in early 2000's. Now ran its course and the top & middle layer is grown too fat now and keeps control of pretty much everything.
Pros
Free Bagel on Fridays
Cons
Everything else

Great place to just sit and do your work.
Junior Technical Writer (Intern) (Current Employee) –  Burlington, MAJanuary 29, 2017
The standard process consisted of:

Testing the software
Finding any changes/additions to the software
Documenting the changes
Sending the changes out for peer editing/accuracy
Putting the edits in as necessary

I learned a lot of cool software and the freedom to focus only on my work was great. The hours I can work were also very flexible.
Pros
Free bagels on Fridays, can sit and do my work without management, very flexible hours
Cons
No healthcare for interns
