Great Benefits--Little Direction
Anonymous (Current Employee) – Wisconsin – February 4, 2016
The company has excellent benefits and is always thinking of ways to improve on them. They really do a good job with getting potential employees in the door and selling how great it is to work at their company. One of the greatest perks was their vacation time and their insurance.
Unfortunately, management doesn't seem to have a firm grasp on the direction of the company nor their team members. Their stances seem to change almost daily. The company is struggling to find its inter-office and inter-departmental communication; thus causing mistakes and things to "slip through the cracks".
While the company is striving to create a positive, friendly atmosphere, it feels forced on all levels. As they continue to grow, the negatives will become magnified and it will be harder for them to control employee experience.
Forced family atmosphere, inexperienced managers, lack of leadership, poor project execution
