ExamSoft Worldwide is seeking a high energy Software Support Specialist who demonstrates the ability to provide world class customer and technical support while implementing product quality testing for software fixes and enhancements. As the first contact with end users, the Software Support Specialist role is critical for the development of solutions that address clients’ needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Provide world-class technical support via telephone, email and chat for program users
 Troubleshoot complex issues with use and installation of program
 Learn from client interactions to help innovate client experience improvements with better software and support tools
 Identify early symptoms, patterns and solutions for upcoming technology challenges
 Develop best practices, tips and training scripts for end-users on proper use of program
 Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple teams
 Assist Quality Assurance beta testing ALL program components and installers
 Assist Quality Assurance in maintaining all program help files and documentation
 Maintain list/information for security threats, bugs and enhancements
 Maintenance of client support portal

The candidate must:
 Have strong intellectual capabilities with an exceptional ‘get-it-done’ attitude
 Appreciation that seasonal testing and product release cycles will require extra effort from time to time
 Be passionate about improving client experience and back it up with superb communication skills
 Be able to work as part of a team, take leadership roles and drive departmental goals
 Desire to grow, desire to take on new responsibilities and desire to seek out improvements

 Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
 Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
 Working knowledge of network interoperability
 Basic programming skills
 Basic database administration
 Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
 2 + years of Customer Support experience (preferred)
