Responsible for answering and troubleshooting maintenance telephone calls and on line work orders in a high paced residential property management environment. Must be able to provide technical direction to callers and coordinate completion of maintenance work orders and projects. Must be proficient at MS office, and work well in an office collaborative environment.
Requirements include 3 years experience in maintenance and technical coordination with residential real estate and exceptional computer skills in excel and word.
Must understand home repairs and be able to trouble shoot workorders, home repairs, and overall maintenance.
