Monitor PSR’s to ensure they are following standard operating procedures. Monitor FDR workflow, time spent and documentation on FDR’s. Handle majority of emails pertaining to FDR issues. Assist with answering 3710 calls during heavy FDR spikes. Assist with processing prescription claims for HC, LTC, ALF and FFS patients. Answer Blackberry calls from Friday evening 8PM to 8AM Monday morning. Administrate calls for profiling and new admission to after hour rph.
